Our firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate with 4-6 years of PQE. The responsibilities include:
Advising on patent and trademark applications
Intellectual Property portfolio management
Contentious IP disputes
Licensing and technology transfer agreements
A technical background in software or engineering is highly desirable. Must be admitted to the roll of Solicitors in England and Wales. Excellent career progression opportunities available.
