We are currently looking for a Corporate Solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE to join our expanding team. The role will primarily focus on:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Private Equity Investments

  • Corporate Governance

  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation

Candidates should possess a strong academic background, excellent negotiation skills, and must be admitted to practice in the UK. Prior experience in a top law firm is a plus.
