We are seeking a Criminal Defence Barrister with at least 5 years of experience for our practice. The role will involve:
Representing clients in Crown Court and Court of Appeal
Legal research and preparation of case strategy
Drafting pleadings and legal documents
Working closely with instructing solicitors
Membership of the Bar of England and Wales is required. Experience in white-collar crimes, such as fraud or embezzlement, would be highly advantageous.
